I knew Floyd from his time at NAVFAC. I worked with him for several years when I was in the NAVFAC Construction office. He was a great guy to deal with, always happy and always willing to talk you or assist in any way. I wish the best for his family during this time of sorrow.

I am so sorry for your loss. He was such a special person to me and he will be missed. He always put a smile on my face when he came to visit me at the work. He always had something sweet to say or ask.

Dad is the best name for you. Dedicated, Devoted and Distinguish. You always displayed your love for your extended family. I can recall many direct father-to-daughter talks about the Old Man and Money! "I should've listened" I will never forget the warmth and the at home feeling you expressed to me and never saying you know better. Thank you for all the Love you've shown and given to my kids and me. You will be deeply missed but never forgotten. God bless you and your family. We will keep you all in our prayers.
