Dear Edwin, Patricia and family: My heart skipped a beat when I heard that Frances' beautiful light had dimmed here on earth, only to shine so bright in Heaven where her loved ones are. When I see a star shining bright, I feel it will be Frances..looking down on all of us and wondering how things are going in the kitchen. We will surely all miss her dearly, but with her health declining, she is now at rest with new and renewed joy! We love you. God Bless. Gail & Glenn Hoy
