Isabell Wills Obituary

Isabell Moody Wills SUFFOLK - Isabell Moody Wills, 92, passed away April 25, 2010 in Florida.Born in Nansemond County, she was the daughter of the late Effie and George T. Moody. She was predeceased by her husbands, Bill Crocker and Victor Wills, and her daughter, Bernice Crocker King. She was a member of Main Street United Methodist Church, and was involved in the Young at Hearts Club in Windsor, Va., and the Prime Time Singers of Suffolk. Survivors include her daughter, Billie Crocker Rice of DeFuniak Springs, Fla.; grandchildren, Debbie Yates and husband Bobby of New Kent, Va., Butch King and wife Sharen of New Kent, Dawne Dries and husband Ronald of DeFuniak Springs, Brad Pennewell of DeFuniak Springs; eight great-grandchildren; and eight great- great-grandchildren. A funeral will be conducted Thursday, April 29, at 11 a.m. in the R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home & Crematory, 509 W. Washington St., Suffolk, VA 23434 by the Rev. Robert J. Parks with burial at Cedar Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 604 Constance Woods Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434; Alzheimer's Association, 6350 Center Drive, Suite 102, Norfolk, VA 23502; or the American Heart Association, Memorial Processing Center, P.O. Box 5216, Glen Allen, VA 23058-5216. Condolences may be registered at www.rwbakerfh.com.
