JB my family will miss you. My mother talked about you just a couple of weeks ago when you greeted her and my sister at the supermarket...We send our deepest sympathies to your children and especially to your Mom Mrs. Sadie Ballard, brothers and your dear sister.. JB was a swell guy who always greeted me with a smile and an offer to help with anything that needed to be accomplished. I will miss his presence at the Norfolk Public Library.
