Norfolk - KaylaAmari Mashay Reynolds, 7, passed from this life and went to be with the Lord, on Monday, January 21, in a local hospital. Kayla was born on July 12, 2005 to Jesse M. Reynolds III and Katrina E. Reynolds in Norfolk, Virginia.
Our beloved Kayla was a beautiful angel who brought a bright smile to all that knew and loved her. She touched so many without saying a word. She was the epitome of love and innocence.
Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Katrina and Jesse M. Reynolds III; a loving big sister Jaylen Lashay Olivia Reynolds; her maternal grandparents, Nettie Moore, Rosaline Turner, Marcus A. Moore; her fraternal grandparents, Betty P. Reynolds, Jesse Reynolds Sr.; a loving uncle Brian Turner; a loving aunt Cleo Rush; godparents Ebonie McClintock, Rodney White; a special friend Maurice Bass; and a host of loving relatives and caring friends.
A homegoing service will be held on Thursday, January 31, 2013 , at 11am at Mount Hermon Baptist Church, the Rev. Steven A. Lewis, will officiate. The interment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The viewing will be Wednesday, January 30, from 12pm - 8pm at Hale Funeral Home, 2100 Ballentine Blvd., Norfolk, Va. 23504.
