Mary Crawford VIRGINIA BEACH - On Oct. 12, 2010, the Lord called Mary Crawford, 65, home to be with Him. She was born in Norfolk and continued to reside in Virginia Beach for the remainder of her life. She lived a life of sacrifice and giving with a servant's heart. Ms. Crawford was preceded in death by her father, Albert Nelson Waterman Jr., first grandson, Chase Schultz, and her grandmother and grandfather, Mary and Gilbert Smith. Left to cherish her memory is her mother, Mary E. Waterman, along with her two daughters, Kimberly Cash-Robertson of Virginia Beach and Denise C. Fox of Florida; five grandchildren, Nickolas, Jared, Donavan, Lee and Aaron; and her sisters, Cecilia, Helen, Barbara, Pauline, and brother, Gilbert. The family requests that expressions of love and sympathy not take the form of flowers, but rather contributions to those in life who are in need. Services are private.
