Peggy Dunbar

Peggy J. Dunbar PORTSMOUTH - Peggy Joann Dunbar, 74, of Wyoming Ave., passed away on Sunday, April 25, 2010 in a local hospital. She was born April 29, 1935 in High Point, N.C., and retired as a meat wrapper for the Naval Commissary in Portsmouth. Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 34 years, Ray Dunbar; a daughter, Pat Salmon; a son, David Outland and wife Patricia; a brother, Doug Grantham; and five grandchildren, P.J. Pierno, Andy Ballard, Jessica Salmon and Mia and Katie Outland. A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday, April 28, in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, by the Rev.
