Purcell Frank Bronk
Virginia Beach - Purcell Frank Bronk, 92, of Lord Byron Dr. passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013, in his residence.
Born in Schenectady, NY, he was the husband of the late Marjorie R. Bronk and was also preceded in death by two grandchildren. He was retired from the U.S. Navy as a MCPO and also retired from NAVSECNORDIV. He was a Navy veteran of WWII and Korea. He was a member of SPEBSQSA, Commodore Chorus and Va. Beach Community Band.
He is survived by six daughters, Cassandra Harrison (Cecil), Eileen Phillips (Clayton), Martha Davis (Millard), Lynne Wright, Charlotte Wilson (Verlyn) and Bobbie Admire (Carl); two sons, David Bronk and Douglass Bronk (Marcia); a special daughter, Karen Gonzalez and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Arrangements are private with Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel. Memorial donations may be made to the Institute of Logopedics, Wichita, KS. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.hollomon-brown.com
