Rita was a very rare individual. She had many unique gifts. She taught special needs children with patience, creativity, and perseverance. She had such a calming effect on people. She never stopped encouraging students, parents, and teachers. She will be missed.

Sincere sympathy to the family of Rita Carey. I live in Arthur Park and so sorry have not had the pleasure of meeting Rita or her family but would like to extend by deepest condolences to the family.
