Robert Ellett, Jr.
Norfolk - Dr. Robert O. Ellett, Jr. (Bobby, Uncle Bob), went to be with the Lord Wednesday, January 9, 2013. He was 48, born on May 24, 1964 and a resident of Norfolk, VA. The loving devoted son of Margaret Ellett-Motley and the late Robert O. Ellett, Sr. Also left to cherish his memory, his stepfather Sam Motley, Sam's family, his adoring sisters, Linda Fowler and Barbara Moore, their husbands, Harry Fowler and Frank Moore, all of their children and families who knew him and loved him dearly, church family and friends.
After graduating from the College of William & Mary he obtained his Master's Degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and went on to earn his Doctorate at NOVA Southeastern University. He worked as chief of cataloging for the Armed Forces Staff College for 24 years. Additionally, in recent years he taught on-line classes for San Jose' University. He was dedicated and an over achiever.
