Rudolph Speller NORFOLK - Rudolph Speller, 66, of Upper Marlboro, Md., formerly of Norfolk, died Oct. 2, 2011. He is survived by his wife, Hermeen; two daughters, Jacqueline Speller of Virginia Beach and Felecia Speller of Norfolk; three sisters, Alma Williford of Norfolk, Laura Riddick and Clara Speller of Ahoskie, N.C.; three brothers, Randolph Speller (Daisy) and Lesley Speller of Portsmouth, James Speller (Helen) of Norfolk. Visitation will be held Tuesday, Oct. 11, from 1 p.m. until time of service, 2 p.m., at Rhines Funeral Home, 3030 12th St., NE, Washington, D.C.
