Samuel S. Bailey III SUFFOLK - Samuel Stacey Bailey III, 56, passed away Sunday, Aug. 7, 2011 after a long five year battle with prostate cancer. He was a native of Chesapeake and was the son of the late Hilda and Samuel S. Bailey Jr. He was employed by Capital TRISTATE as an electrical salesman. He was a member of Driver Ruritan Club and was a very dedicated volunteer with UDT Seal Association. He is survived by his loving wife, Cindy D. Bailey; two daughters, Stacy and Tiffany Bailey; and a sister, Carolyn J. Bailey of Richmond. A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 11, at Sturtevant Funeral Home, Bennetts Creek Chapel, by the Rev. Tommy Larson. Burial will follow in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens.
