Arliss R. Culler

Chesapeake - Arliss Rudolph "Boots" Culler, 87 died 6th day, August 2014. Boots Culler worked as an owner and pharmacist at Gray's Pharmacy in Norfolk and was a founding member of Great Bridge Presbyterian Church in Chesapeake. He served in the U.S. Navy as a TBM Advenger aircraft top gunner and radar operator during WWII.

Boots is survived by his wife, Margaret Lucille Culler; two sons, David A. Culler and wife, Lian, and Richard D. Culler and wife, Kelley; six grandchildren, Ryan Sawyer, Dana Riley, Josh Culler, Quincy Culler, Randy Culler and Megan Culler; six great-grandchildren, Peyton, Kyla, Jaxon, Dillon, Reagan and Leah.

Services will be private. Condolences may be shared with the family at www.altmeyer.com. Altmeyer Funeral Home, 929 S. Battlefield Boulevard, Chesapeake is in charge of the arrangements.
