Jewell Osborne

Jewel Reynolds Osborne WINDSOR - Jewell Reynolds Osborne, 91, passed away Aug. 21, 2009. A native of Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Claude H. and Lucy B. Reynolds. She was also predeceased by her husband, Baxter Garfield Osborne; sisters, Gladys Presley and Ruby Riddle; and brothers, Paul, Percy and Edwin Reynolds. Jewell was a member of Central Baptist Church in Yorktown and a homemaker. She is survived by her sister, Viola Dillon of New Jersey and one niece, Elaine Fuller. A funeral will be held Tuesday, Aug. 25, at 6 p.m. in Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, by the Rev. Tim Rawls.
