Austin S. King|
Virginia Beach - Austin S. King, 56, died March 21, 2013. He was born in St. Petersburg, Florida and a resident of Virginia Beach most of his life. He was the son of the late Walter Steven King and Evelyn Austin Leasure.
Mr. King was the Co-Owner and President of Austins Automotive Tools, Inc. and was a Mac Tools Distributor for 23 years. He was a member of Tripower Bicycle Race Team and was an avid car enthusiast. He was a wonderful husband, father and friend and was loved by his customers.
Survivors include his loving wife of 31 years, Melanie Payne King and their daughter Katelyn I. King of Virginia Beach, five sisters; Risa Oren (Doug) of Grand Rapids, MI, Kimberly Bufton (Alan), Kirsten Jeffreys, Sharon King and Cindy Eng (Simon) all of Virginia Beach and his brother, John Austin (Eva) of Suffolk, VA., and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at Lynnhaven Presbyterian Church, Wednesday, March 27, at 3 p.m. The Reverend Dr. J. Scottie Griffin will officiate. Burial will be private.
Memorial donations may be made to Lynnhaven Presbyterian Church Food Pantry or Cypress Chapel Christian Church, Mission Fund.
