Lynne Kea Obituary
Ivor - Lynne Jones Kea, devoted wife, mother, and grandmother succumbed to her illness at her home and entered eternal life on Sunday, September 8, 2013. She is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William E. Jones of Sedley; her husband of 42 years, Buddy Kea; her sons, Trey Kea and his wife, Tara and their children, Peyton and Forrest and Dan Kea and partner, Brad; a brother, Billy Jones; two sisters, Venita Hewitt and her husband, John and Lou Anne Davis and her husband, Jeff; a father-in-law, Mr. E. Peyton Kea, Sr. and many loving nieces, nephews and associated family. The family will receive friends Wednesday, September 11, at R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home Wakefield Chapel from 7 to 9 p.m. At Lynne's request, the family will hold a private memorial service at one of her favorite places. Memorial donations may be made to the Ivor Volunteer Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 228 Ivor, VA 23866 or the American Cancer Society, 1117 Fort Hayes Dr. Petersburg, VA 23805. Buddy & family,
I am so sorry to read of Lynne's death. It's difficult to find words except to tell you that I have a special place for my Ivor friends in my heart. I will be thinking of you during this difficult time and will keep you in my prayers.
