I am truly sorry for the loss of your loved one. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Butch was a very dear friend when I attended PAHS and I will remember the good times we had at Chesapeake Beach.

During our sr. year at Princess Anne HS, my boyfriend at the time, Michael Lachmann, and I double-dated and spent many happy times with Benke. I hadn't been in touch with him in many years, but my heart is sad to hear of his passing. Condolences to his family and all who loved him.

I had the honor to work with Butch at VBPD. He was a true professional, great guy to work with, always showing that "Butch" sense of humor!
