Chesapeake - In Loving Memory of Nathan Walter Read
Nathan was born on January 8, 1979, in Chesapeake, Virginia to Donald and Helena Read. Nathan was taken from the oceans to the Heavens and into God's arms in August 2002.
Nathan was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Cecilia Escobar, of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Nathan is survived by his parents, Donald Read of Chesapeake, Virginia and Helena Read of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida; one brother, Donnie Read of Chesapeake; sister-in-law, Christine Raynor Read; two nephews, Donald Read III and Christian Read; niece, Jacquelyn Read of Chesapeake; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Nathan was a lover of skateboarding and was a creative and talented artist as well. He enjoyed all types of music and had a collection of old records of different artists that he treasured.
Nathan will be greatly missed by everyone that knew him, a loving young man that anyone would be proud to call son, brother and friend. Nathan was taken too soon from our lives, but is resting in God's arms until we meet again...
The family has chosen to hold a private ceremony in his honor.
