Benjamin H. Jump

Benjamin (Bennie) H. Jump, 75, of Louisville.
He was a retired maintenance worker at Interlake Conveyors Inc. in Shepherdsville. He was an avid fisherman, hunter, bowler and his special joy was his grandkids.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnnie Jump and Anna Francis Jump; sisters, Freida L. Jump and Sarah C. Husband; brother, Dannie Jump.
He is survived by his wife, Lillian G. Travis Jump; three sons, Bennie H. (Pam) Jump, Shane A. (Sherrie) Jump and John O. (Sarah) Jump; a daughter, Teresa A. (Wayne) Runner; four sisters, Pearl Washburn, Mary (Sug) Beckley, Margaret Walls and Mamie Jump; six grandsons, Christopher W. Runner, Andrew M. Runner, Bradley H. Jump, Brandon S. Jump, Alex Chambers and Joshua Chambers; six granddaughters, Martha R. Runner Firkins, Tara R. Jump, Shara N. Jump, Brittney Jump, Makayla Jump and Cammisha R. Jackson; and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 4, at Schmid Funeral Home in Mount Washington with burial in Highland Memory Gardens in Mount Washington. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. on Monday. Online condolences at
