Carol Ona Bartelt, 77, died on Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2013, at Hardin Memorial Hospital.
She is survived by her son, Dr. Craig (Monica) Bartelt; and four grandchildren.
Dixon-Atwood & Trowbridge Funeral Home in Elizabethtown was in charge of arrangements.
