Sandford Ray Cheatham

Sandford Ray "Sandy" Cheatham, 77, of Mount Washington, died on Sunday, May 25, 2014.
He was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church and a U.S. Air Force veteran. He was a former employee with Stout's Building Center, Buzick Home Supply and Pearl's Food Mart.
He was preceded in death in 1985 by his wife, Barbara Ann Cheatham; his parents; three brothers; and a sister.
He is survived by his daughter, Robin Cheatham; son, Jeff (Jenna Lei) Cheatham; sisters, Isabelle Lewis and Alma Carney; brothers, Justice, Dan, George, Rudy and J.R. Cheatham; grandsons, Cody Cheatham, Kasey Hancock and D.J. Kesicki; granddaughter, Marissa Cheatham; and great-grandson, Dayton Cheatham.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 29, at Bethel United Methodist Church with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. on Wednesday at Schmid Funeral Home in MOunt Washington and after 9 a.m. on Thursday at the church.
