Charles "Clarence" Everett Price, 84, of Shepherdsville, died on Friday, April 5, 2013.
The Air Force veteran served his country during the Korean War. He retired from General Electric after 35 years and was a farmer. He was a member of Antioch Old Regular Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Dewey and Francis Arlene Price; two brothers, William Thomas Price and Kenneth Ray Price.
He is survived by his wife, Gloria Price; children, Shirley Ann (Gordon) Bullock, Charles Ray Price, Roy Thomas (Angela) Price, Beverly "Susie" (Joe) Grom, and Clarence Kevin (Tracey) Price; grandchildren, Kirstie Ann Bullock, Candace Grace (Jeff) Hodge, Penny Rose (Joe) White, Joseph W. Grom V, Cassidy Rae Grom, Alexander Thomas Price, Rebecca Marie Price, Savannah Sue Price and Joel Christian Price; great-grandchildren, Rachel Hodge and Summer White; sisters, Sarah (IVan) Scott and Gertie Hatfield.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Sunday at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home in Shepherdsville with funeral services at 4 p.m. Visitation will also be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, April 8, at Letcher Funeral Home in Whitesburg.
