Joseph Wright Jr., 69, of Brooks, died on Monday, June 11, 2012.
He was a retired truck driver for Summit Trucking and a member of the Shepherdsville branch of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Aline Wright; a son, Joseph (Angela) Wright III; daughters, Mahala (Randy) Prunty and Nancy (Keith) Winnie; brothers, Hubert and Charles Wright; sister, Shirley Buckman; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, June 14, at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home in Shepherdsville with burial in Brookland Cemetery. www.subfuneral.com
