Louis C. Roberts, 77, of Mount Washington, died on Sunday, April 13, 2014, at Baptist Health.

The native of Spencer County was the former owner of Kountry Korner Bait and Tackle Grocery and the Airport Ashland Service Station in Louisville. He was also a member of the First Baptist Church in Mount Washington.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Lola Roberts.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Jenkins Roberts; daughter, Jacque (Steve) Gee; son, Mike (Jane) Roberts; sister, Margie Kirsch; brother, Donnie (Emma Joyce) Roberts; mother-in-law, Orpha Jenkinsl and three grandchildren, Matthew (Laura) Roberts, Kevin Roberts and Nikki Gee.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, April 16, at McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home in Mount Washington with burial in Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. on Tuesday and after 9 a.m. on Wednesday.
Memorial gifts are suggested for Hosparus of Central Kentucky.
