She was a Baptist by faith who held steadfast to her beliefs and was baptized in 1984. She was a graduate of Jefferson Community High School and a retired federal employee and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Shepherdsville. She was a native of Louisville.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Warren Sr. and Maybelle Sylvia Savage of Louisville.
She is survived by her siblings, Charlotte Allen of Tombstone, Ariz., Mickey Cockeril of Jeffersonville, Ind., Burnis Morton of Indiana, Larry Morton of Tampa, Fla., and Robert Warren Jr. of Louisville; her children, Cassandra Schmidt of Louisville, Victor (Chrystal) Hodge III of Shepherdsville, Christopher Hodge of Nashville, Toby (Chrystal) Hodge of Munfordville, and Michael Lee Bishop of Louisville; and seven grandchildren, Jessica, Andrew, Allison, Hannah, Kathryn, Trenton and Hunter; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday, June 6, at Maraman Billings Funeral Home in Shepherdsville with visitation from 3-7 p.m. on Friday. Burial will follow on Saturday, June 7, at Cave Hill Cemetery in Louisville at Noon. Online condolences may be made at maramanbillings.com
