Not sure what to say?

I'm late adding a message, but I really don't want to let go. I just read all the beautiful messages and they made me smile and weep. That's because Ida made life better for others. When I began attending The Lord's Table Church in Bartonville, Ida's welcoming presence was there with peace and joy. She worked in the church kitchen, smiled, prayed, laughed at George's hilarious jokes, and she gave the most wonderful soul-stirring testimonies a person could ever hear. I don't want to let go, and because of that I visit this website every couple days or so. We'll see Ida again in Heaven, and what a day that will be! Ida will probably have pie waiting made from the Tree of Life (Lord willing).

Bless you Ida, and thank you! You made a huge impact on my mother Carolyn and my 3 sons.

To George and Lisa and family. We lost a beautiful person when my dear friend went to be with her Heavenly Father. She was a good friend, great cook and her love for God and family shone in her face. Many times I was with Ida or doing things with Lisa and having a great time. She maybe gone in body but her memories will linger for years. We first meet at Norwood Mennonite, than Glad Tiding , and than at the Christian Center where The Lords Tablee's began and later moved to Bartonville. Yet even though our paths went a different way we did find time to eat together withpeoplr from the different churches love ya and miss ya .

George, Lisa and family....Lester and I and our 5 children, Dave, Marge, Stan, Sue and Jean all have such wonderful memories of Ida. She was always there when we needed her both in Indiana and in Illinois, baby sitting our children, showing me how to make date yummies at christmas, always there for the church as we were starting and building the church in the Norwood Community. God has given her a very fruitful life for him and now she has her reward, but we are lonely here without her. God bless you;our prayers are continually with you.

Lisa and George words cannot express the sadness of my heart upon hearing the passing of sweet Ida. Eric contacted me after reading the paper. Ida was instrumental in the bringing up of Steffanie and Eric while I worked. She was the sweetest, most genuine Christian I have ever been blessed to know. I remember the first time Ida brought Lisa to church. Lisa was beautiful and George and Ida were beaming new parents. I remember going to Women's Aglow meetings and after she was glowing with the spirit of The Lord. She and Marietta were/are the finest, compassionate, loving, forging women that I will ever know! I am sure you are soaring with the angels! We love you Ida. Sandy Pomeroy, Eric and family, and Steffanie and family. Prayers of comfort for you all who loved her as we did.

Bro. George, Lisa and family, Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers and we pray God's Peace will surround you during the days ahead. There are no words to express how much we loved Sister Ida. She had such a sweet, humble spirit. So giving to others. There will be an empty place at "The Table" that no one will ever be able to fill. Our loss is truly Heavens Gain. Another precious Saint of God has moved on to her eternal home.
We will see you again Sister Ida..... What a Day That Will Be!
