Jeb Logue

MANITO - Jeb Stuart Logue, 31, of Manito passed away at 1:30 p.m. at Woodley Road, 1/4-mile north of Spring Lake Road in rural Tazewell County, on Sunday, March 31, 2013.

He was born Sept. 18, 1981, in Peoria, Ill., to Gary Allen and Karen Rose (Azbell) Logue.

Mr. Logue is survived by his mother, Karen, of Manito; companion, Carol Lee Miller, of Manito; one daughter, Ellie Roselynn Logue; and one soon to be expected son; two foster brothers, James A. Price of Pekin and Jason Stimeling of East Peoria; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and two special nephews.

He was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents, father, Gary Logue, in 2009, and one brother, Jacob, in 1986.

He enjoyed fishing, boating, shooting, motorcycles and the outdoors, but most of all, he loved his family.

He was a construction laborer working out of Peoria Labor Union 165.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, April 3, 2013, at the Spring Lake Missionary Church and from 10 to 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 4, 2013, with services following at 11 a.m. Rev. Tom Schakat will officiate. Burial will follow the services in Spring Lake Cemetery, near Manito.

A memorial fund has been established in memory of Jeb Logue for his children in care of Maas-Hurley Funeral Home, PO Box No. 442, Manito, IL 61546.
