Roger Kriegshauser

PEORIA - Roger Kriegshauser, 67, of Hugo, Minn., formerly of Peoria, passed away Oct. 2, 2013, at his home, surrounded by his family.

Born June 26, 1946, in Hereford, Texas, Roger was a graduate of Spalding Institute in Peoria and North Central College in Naperville. He was an "Order of the Arrow" Eagle Scout, a U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam War and a successful business owner.

In his spare time, Roger enjoyed golfing, traveling and collecting wine.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Maxine; two sons, Shawn (Lori) of Otsego, Minn., and Kevin (girlfriend Melissa Carlson) of Hugo, Minn.; four grandchildren, Kyle, Lauren, Sydney and Kacie; parents, James and Florence of Peoria; and two siblings Ron (Lee) of Peoria and Debbie (Mike) Crismore of Edwards; and many nieces, nephews and relatives.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, at St. Mary of the Lake Catholic Church in White Bear Lake, Minn. Interment service will be at 2 p.m. at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis, Minn. Bradshaw Funeral Home in White Bear Lake is in charge of arrangements.
