Brian Bailey Obituary

WASHINGTON - Brian S. Bailey, 27, of Washington passed away at 7:15 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2011, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

He was born March 28, 1983, in Peoria to Rick L. and Laurie M. (Lambert) Bailey. They survive.

Also surviving are his sister, Lisa Bailey of East Peoria; brother, Benjamin Bailey of Washington; grandmother, Letha B. Bailey of East Peoria; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Marvin and Joann Lambert; and grandfather, Ed Bailey.

On weekends, Brian enjoyed attending Sunday school and church at Richland Southern Baptist Church in East Peoria. He loved music and spending time with his family.

Brian's family would like to thank the Children's Hospital of Illinois for all of their help and support.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 21, 2011, at Remmert Funeral Home in East Peoria with the Rev. Gary England officiating. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to TCRC Highland Center, or Wee Care, both in Morton.
