PEORIA - John Dunigan, 24, of Peoria passed away at 4:40 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 19, 2013, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center.
He was born on March 26, 1989, to the Rev. Edgar and Margaret Dunigan in Chicago, Ill.
John was a member of Love in Faith MB Church. He was a peacemaker who never met a stranger. He would help anyone in need, no matter how big or small. John was a caring man who loved to hang out with his family and friends.
He leaves to cherish his precious memories, his devoted parents, one son, nine brothers and seven sisters, all of Peoria; grandmother, Clarice Evans of Chicago; along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends who loved and adored him.
John was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents.
The homegoing services celebrating John's life will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 30, 2013, at T.W Parks Colonial Chapel at 201 N. MacArthur Highway, Peoria, Ill., with visitation commencing one hour prior at 10 a.m. The Rev. Carl Hill will officiate. John will rest in Lutheran Cemetery. Arrangements were made especially for John's family and professionally directed by T.W. Parks Colonial Chapel.
