She found great joy in caring for and being able to provide comfort to those she endearingly called her little people. Her outpouring of compassion and her appreciation for the service allowed her to be comforted by those who provided her own care during her long and courageous battle with breast cancer.
Judith was appreciative of the level of care and respect she received from her longtime doctor and friend, Dr. James Knost.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, crocheting, was a wonderful cook, loved to sing and will be truly missed by all those who knew her.
Memorial services will be today, Feb. 13, 2011, at 4 p.m. at The Wilton Mortuary, 2101 Knoxville Ave., Peoria, with visitation two hours prior to the service. Dr. Ritch Boerckel will officiate. Cremation rites have been accorded.
