Larry Clare Obituary
SPARLAND - Larry Clare, 61, of Sparland died March 23, 2016, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. Born Aug. 17, 1954, to the late Christopher and Maxine Beaumont Clare in Peoria, he married Debbie Adams on Feb. 3, 1973, in Marshall County.
Larry was employed by Caterpillar for 34 years as a sub assembler, retiring in 2010. After retiring, Larry spent a lot of time camping and working with horses. He also enjoyed motorcycles, trail riding and spending time with family, friends and especially his grandkids.
Larry is survived by his wife, Deb; sons, Larry (Natalie) Clare of Dunlap and Ryan (Rosa) Clare of Lacon; daughter, Megan (Tyler Richardson) Alvarado of Lacon; brothers, Chris (Pam) Clare of Chillicothe and Ron (Monica) Allison of Mossville; 13 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Loretta; and brother, Luke.
A celebration of life will be held for Larry at the Chillicothe VFW on Sunday, April 3, from noon to 3 p.m. Online condolences can be left at lenzmemorialhome.com.
