Shirley Rhoades
EUREKA - Shirley Ann Rhoades, 78, of Eureka passed away at 10:10 p.m. on Thursday, May 11, 2017, at her residence.
She was born on September 21, 1938, in Mosinee, WI, a daughter of Joseph and Magdalene Rutkowski Dziak. She married Dorman Rhoades on March 11, 1961, in Honolulu, HI. He survives.
Also surviving are her children, Cynthia (Brian) Weisser of Morton, IL, Jenelle (Phil) Ryan of Mackinaw, IL, and Cheryl (Jason) Davenport of Goodfield, IL; and two granddaughters, Erin and Taryn.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Robert Dziak.
Shirley worked alongside her husband as the secretary of their construction business. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family.
Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Monday, May 15, 2017, at the Argo-Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home in Eureka. Pastor Doug Hicks will officiate. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, before the service. Burial will be in Olio Township Cemetery.
Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
