 Felix Jerry Armijo, age 55, of Clovis, NM died Thursday, May 29, 2008, at Northwest Texas Hospital in Amarillo, TX. A Prayer Service will be held at 6:00 PM Sunday, June 1, 2008, at The Chapel, 1500 Thornton. Services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, June 2, 2008, at Legacy Life Family Church with Rev. Pete Jaramillo officiating. Burial will follow at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens in Clovis. Military Honors will be performed by US Army Honor Guard. Pallbearers will include Patrick Armijo, Jade Armijo, Guillermo Sandoval, Rubel Encinias Jr., Andrew Naylor, Ricky Vargas, and Nigel Jefferson. Honorary Pallbearers will be the Physical Plant Employees at ENMU.

Felix was born November 21, 1952, to Lucresio and Josie (Salazar) Armijo in Clovis, NM. He married Maria Dolores Griego June 26, 1971, in Clovis, NM. He was the Custodial Manager for ENMU in Portales and a Reflexologist. He was a member at Legacy Life Family Church and a father figure to many people in the surrounding area. He loved to sing, joke, and spend time with his grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife, Dolores Armijo of the home; three sons, Jerry D. and his wife, Irene Armijo of Tempe, AZ, Marcos Armijo and Lucresio Felix Armijo both of Clovis, NM; two daughters, Melysa M Armijo and Daniella Armijo both of Clovis, NM; four sisters, Cordie Vargas of Farwell, TX, June Sandoval of Amarillo, TX, Gloria Regalado of Clovis, NM, and Irene Maes of Amarillo, TX; and eight grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lucresio and Josie; a brother, Lisofio "Lee" Armijo; and a sister, Toni Naylor.
