PORT CLINTON: Adeline L. Brady, 84, of Port Clinton, OH, passed away Sunday, November 18, 2012 at H. B. Magruder Hospital, Port Clinton, surrounded by her loving family. Adeline was born on July 03, 1928 in Coello, IL, the daughter of John and Mary (Baldassar) Ratt. On October 16, 1954 in Port Clinton, OH, she married Leroy A. Brady and he preceded her in death in 1987. Adeline was an application clerk for Ohio Edison for 25 years retiring in 1985. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, where she was a communion distributor at church and worked at bingo at the church. Adeline was a member of the ladies auxiliary of the Port Clinton Moose Lodge #281, a volunteer at H. B. Magruder Hospital and life member of the Magruder Hospital auxiliary. She enjoyed baking, crocheting and was famous for her yearly Christmas Torts. Adeline will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends.

Survivors include son, John A. (Sondra Fandrich) Brady of Port Clinton; daughter, Sue (James) Hefflinger of Port Clinton; grandchildren, Jason (Cortnie) Hefflinger, Jami Hefflinger and Benjamin Brady; and 3 great-grandchildren.

Adeline was preceded in death by her husband; parents; sisters, Celeste Hauck and Anne Parks; and grandson, Jacob Hefflinger.

Visitation will be 2-8 PM, Tuesday, November 20, 2012 in the Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Port Clinton, OH, where family prayers will be held at 9:30AM, Wednesday, November 21. A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted by Father John Missler at 10:00AM, Wednesday, November 21, 2012, in Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Port Clinton. Interment will be in Riverview Cemetery. Memorial donations in memory of Adeline may be given to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Immaculate Conception School Fund or to a ..
