OAK HARBOR: Kelsey Caroline Carter, 23 of Oak Harbor, OH died suddenly at Fremont Memorial Hospital, Fremont, OH.

She was born October 28, 1989 in Fremont to the late William and Robin (Nickel) Carter. She was a 2007 graduate of Oak Harbor High School and was currently looking to begin her career. She had been a member of the "High Society" Bataan Corps. In Fremont and was also a majorette for the Oak Harbor Marching Band 3 of the 4 years in school. Kelsey was a beautiful young lady with a heart of gold. She had the most forgiving spirit and loved her family and friends very much.

Survivors include her maternal grandparents, Eugene and Joann Nickel of Oak Harbor, OH: half-sister, Vicki Samuels of Bucyrus, OH; Paternal Aunt, Margaret "Peg" Cagle of Galion, OH; several aunts, uncles, cousins; and her boyfriend, Spencer Skinner of Oak Harbor.

She was preceded in death by both her father and mother.

Services will be held Sunday, July 21, 2013 beginning at 2pm at the Crosser Funeral Home, Oak Harbor. The family will receive friends at 1pm until the time of service. Burial will be at a later date in Greenwood Cemetery, Kingsway, OH.
