Regina Catherine Timiney

WILLISTON: Regina Catherine Timiney, 76, formerly of Toledo, Ohio, and a resident of the Luther Home of Mercy, Williston, Ohio, died Thursday, December 27, 2012 at Luther Home. Regina was born in Toledo on August 26, 1936 to Donald W. and Mary C. (Mutchler) Timiney. She had been a resident of The Luther Home of Mercy since 1997 and had many friends there. She loved to spend her time swimming and listening to music.

Survivors of Regina include her sisters, Elizabeth A. Ganshow, Kathryn E. Wagner, Margaret E. (David) Dell, Maureen A. Switala; 12 nieces & nephews; 29 great nieces & nephews; one great-great niece; and one great-great nephew; and her aunt & godmother, Helen Ackerman.

Regina was preceded in death by her parents; infant sister, Angela Timiney; brothers-in-law, Stan Ganshow, Edward Switala; niece, Angela; great-niece, Megan; and great-nephew, Zach.

A funeral service for Regina will be conducted at 10:00 AM, Monday, December 31, 2012 in the Luther Home of Mercy Chapel, 5810 N. Main St., Williston, OH 43468. Visitation will be in the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, 501 West St. Genoa, OH 43430, from 2-4 PM on Sunday, December 30, 2012. Additional visitation will be at the Luther Home from 8:30 AM until the time of service. A private interment service will take place in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Toledo, OH. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the Luther Home of Mercy. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.walkerfuneralhomes.com.

Regina's family extends a heartfelt thank you to all of the staff and administration at Luther Home for their care and compassion. They knew she was always in loving arms while she was with them.
