HELEN V. DIETRICH SCIOTOVILLE — Helen V. Dietrich, 67, of Sciotoville, died Thursday, September 3, 2015, at the SOMC Hospice House. Born on September 17, 1947, she was a daughter of the late Donald and Rhoda "Dixie" Dixon. Also preceding Helen in death were a brother, Donnie, sisters, Dorothy, Margie and Juanita; and a precious granddaughter, Morgan Nicole Hannah. Surviving are her husband, Steve W. Dietrich, four daughters, Barbara Green of Tyler, TX, Debbie Russell of Odessa, TX, Shella (Gary) Kenyon of West Portsmouth and Stephanie (Jimmy) Hannah of Greenup, KY; a brother, George Allen (Jane) Dixon of MI; a sister, Geraldine Verity of Portsmouth; a sister-in-law, Norma Dixon of Cleveland and five grandchildren, Daulton, Katie, Whitney, Logan and Courtney. A service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 8th, at the Edgewood Abbey Mausoleum with Rev. Peter Michael officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Burial Park. Fannin, Goldie - Wheelersburg  
GOLDIE MARIE FANNIN WHEELERSBURG—Goldie Marie Fannin of Wheelersburg, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2015, at her residence. Goldie was born in Isonville, Ky., Morgan County, to the late Owen Damon and Tora Emily Daniels Ison. Goldie was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She loved bluegrass and country music. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Thomas Fannin, on July 4, 1981, whom she married June 21, 1943 in Isonville, Ky. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Gussie Ison and a sister, Alice Hopper. She is survived by three sons, Eugene "Norene" Fannin; Gary "Judy V." Fannin and Timothy "Brenda" Fannin: a daughter, Juna "John" Bihl: a brother, Damon Ison; a sister, Christine Herald, seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, Sept. 6, 2015, at 2 p.m. at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg with Reverend Lynn Wessell officiating and interment to follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Saturday, Sept. 5, 2015 from 6 until 8 p.m. and one hour before the service on Sunday at the funeral home.

DARLENE GREENE PORTSMOUTH - Darlene Greene 89, of Portsmouth, Ohio, a former South Shore, Kentucky resident, passed away September 2, 2015 in Southern Ohio Medical Center Hospice in Portsmouth, Ohio. She was born in Olive Hill, Kentucky, February 21, 1926 to the late Ellis and Dugie Timberlake Bryant. Darlene is preceded in death by her late husband Harry S Greene Sr., Nov. 3, 1993, three sons, Basil Greene, Ellis Greene and Timothy Greene, one grandson, Douglas Messer, Five brothers, Tom, John, Lester, Manuel, and Roy Bryant, two sisters, Mary and Cleo Bryant. Darlene is survived by two sons, Harry s Greene Jr of Margate, Florida, Bobby R Greene of South Webster, Ohio, two daughters, Renee Greene of Shadyside, Ohio, Teresa Messer of South Webster, Ohio and daughter in Law, Connie Greene of Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Funeral services will be held 12 noon Saturday, Sept. 5, 2015 at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Kentucky with Pastor John Baker, officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Franklin Furnace, Ohio. Friends may call at the Roberson Funeral Home from 6 p.m. till 8 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 4, 2015 and from 11 a.m. till the funeral hour on Saturday. WILMA R. HAGEN SOUTH WEBSTER - Wilma R. Hagen, 84 of South Webster passed away Saturday August 29, 2015 at the home of her daughter. She was born August 23, 1931 in South Webster, a daughter of the late Harvey and Susie Cook Aeh. Wilma was a 1949 graduate of South Webster High School, was retired from the Bureau of Employment Services, was an avid sports fan who loved basketball, baseball and taking trips to Keenland. She is survived by a daughter, Jill Faulkner and husband Patrick of Wheelersburg; a sister, Alma Pastor of Oak Hill; two grandchildren, Zane Faulkner and Alisha Faulkner and several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Edward "Junior" Hagen. Services will be 2 PM Tuesday September 1, 2015 at D.W. SWICK-NELSON FUNERAL HOME in South Webster with Pastor Paul Hagen officiating. Interment will follow at South Webster Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 1 to 2 PM at D.W. Hall, Paul - Wheelersburg  
PAUL F. HALL WHEELERSBURG - Paul F. Hall, 76, of Wheelersburg went to be with the Lord on August 31, 2015. Paul was born on October 22, 1938, the youngest son of the late Taylor and Avala Hall. He owned and operated his own excavation company. Paul enjoyed spending time with his family and was an avid Red's fan. He loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and was a member of Mount Carmel Primitive Baptist Church of Franklin Furnace. Paul is survived by his wife JoAnn Hall, and their three children, Sheila (Jim) Wooten of Columbus, Rose (Leonard) Tackett of Wheelersburg, and Tim (Terry) Hall of Wheelersburg, Sister's Velva Carver of Franklin Furnace, and Evelyn (Ken) French of Cincinnati. Paul has 10 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren. Paul is preceded in death by brothers, Johnny, Revis, Taylor Jr., George, Estel, Henry, and Robert as well as sisters, Virgina Hall, Violet Hall, Bernice Blanton, and Barbara Newsome. Paul's family is especially thankful to Dialysis Clinic Inc., Doctor Banalagay, Doctor Samuel, Pallative Care, In-patient and Out-patient Hospice Services, and the Hospice Pastors. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 4, 2015 at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg. Services will be officiated by Frank Baldridge and Troy Thomas. Visitation will be Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and one hour prior to the Funeral on Friday. Burial Services will follow at Junior Furnace Cemetery in Franklin Furnace.
