LUCASVILLE - Charlotte Ann Zornes Days, 65, of Lucasville, died Wednesday, September 18, 2013, at Southern Ohio Medical Center.
She was born December 13, 1947, in Dayton, Ohio, to the late Betty Walker Zornes from New Boston and Bruce Zornes of Tacoma, Washington. Charlotte was a 1965 graduate of Portsmouth West High School and worked at USEC for over 28 years. She was also employed at Williams Manufacturing Company and was a volunteer at SOMC. She was a member of Rubyville Community Church.
Charlotte is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Days of Lucasville; a granddaughter, Stephanie Days of Lucasville with whom she resided; a sister, Lois DeLotell of Rosemount; a niece, Brandi (Chris) Porter of Wheelersburg; a nephew, Steve DeLotell of Rosemount; one great-niece; and seven great-nephews, along with her precious dog "Princess".
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, September 21, 2013, at Rubyville Community Church with Reverend Calvin Ray Evans officiating. Internment will be in Mershon Cemetery. Friends may call at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday and one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday.
