Sandra Kay Taylor, 57, of Chillicothe, Ohio, died Friday, April 18, 2014, peacefully at her residence. She was born October 6, 1956, in Portsmouth, Ohio, to the late Curtis Lee and Virginia Lee Flack Baker.

She married her high school sweetheart, Roger D. Taylor, on June 15, 1974. Also surviving are two daughters, Jesica (Paul) Sexton of Kingston, Ohio, and Maggie (Adam) Wireman of Chillicothe, Ohio; five grandchildren, Brady and Blake Sexton, and Grace, Jacob and Davis Wireman; two brothers, Kenneth (Pauline) Baker of Lucasville and Tom (Carol) Baker of Beckley, WV; and one sister, Karen Gee of Cincinnati, Ohio. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Taylor Kay Sexton; and one brother, Harold Baker.

She was a Pace Maker Technician at the Adena Regional Medical Center for the past 15 years, and attended the Jefferson Ave. Church of Christ in Christian Union in Chillicothe.

Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Monday at the Green Summit Cemetery in Adelphia, Ohio, with Pastor Mark Clendaniel officiating. Calling hours will be at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements are under the direction of Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Waverly.

She loved being with her family and playing with her grandchildren. Most of all, she loved sharing the love and Grace of the Lord.
