BOBBY LEE TAYLOR
SOUTH SHORE —Bobby Lee Taylor, 77, of South Shore, Kentucky, went to be with the Lord, Monday, February 26, 2018 at UK Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. Bobby was born February 27, 1940, in Williamson, West Virginia, a son of the late Henry Taylor and Mary Compton Taylor.
Bobby was a registered evangelist in the Church of the Nazarene and an ordained elder. He was lead pastor at Rosemount Church of the Nazarene for 17 years until his retirement March 1, 2017.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Colleen Taylor, three sons, Stephen (Sandra) Taylor of New Boston, Ohio, Mark (Lisa) Taylor of Greenup, Kentucky and Timothy (Karen) Taylor of West Portsmouth, Ohio, one daughter, Cindy Taylor of South Shore, Kentucky, eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM, Saturday, March 3, 2018 at Crockett L. Reed Funeral Home in South Shore, Kentucky with Rev. Trevor Johnston. Burial will follow at Siloam Cemetery in South Shore, KY. Visitation will be Friday, March 2, 2018 from 6P.M until 8 P.M and one hour before the funeral.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Compasionate Ministries, South Central Ohio District, 44 Zellers Lane, Pataskala, Ohio 43062
