EICHER
DEERING – Charles W. Eicher Jr., 91, of Deering, husband of the late Vivian Eicher, passed away Saturday, Feb. 22, 2014, at St. Mary's Medical Center- Ironton Campus. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 27, 2014, at Phillips Funeral Home in Ironton. Interment will be in Woodland Cemetery. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
