To the Hester Family: You all have my condolences. Doris and I go back to Frobel school. And when the family moved to Maryland street, I lived on 18th. We had so many laughs! I just founded out about her passing. I can't put into words the feelings. Doris was a Vessel, in so many ways, to a lot of different people.

Our hearts are heavy right now and often we feel as though the lost of a love one is more than any of us can bare. God promised us that he would not put upon us more than we can bare. We will bare this and thank God for having the opportunity to have had my dear cousin to share her special time in our lives. Even though I didn't see Doris often, when I saw her, I always knew that I was in for a good laugh. She had that calming affect on people that just made you relax even if it was only for the moment that you were in her presence. I will miss her dearly. Rest in peace.

To the Hester family; be strong I'm praying that God

gives all of you the strength that you need. My prayers are with you.

To my family from yours; truly we regret not being able to be there to share in the homegoing of our dear cousin. Know that God never makes mistakes and that he has only plucked one of his rare and beautiful flowers to adorn the gates of heaven. Trust in the Lord to give you the strength that will carry you through this time of sorry and remember the joy in knowing He cares and hears every one of your pleas.
