I grew up with George as he was my neighbor in Brookwood. We used to fish together, played with his dog Poncho and wrote to him in Vietnam. I still have the elephant hide wallet he sent me from Vietnam. I fondly remember his 1966 blue Pontiac Lemans and spent many evenings drag racing in Miller Beach. I always looked up to George, have great memories growing up with him and will pray for his soul.

My sweet George,
I remember the first day we ever met. I thank you for opening my eyes to the keys for I will forever want my toes in the sand.
I will forever hold you close in my heart.
I am truly grateful to our sweet Lord that you and Karol became one because she will continue living for you. I will pray for her and check in on her as I promised you.
I will see you again my friend, until then, Islamorada or bust!
Love you,
