To the Nunn Family, I was sadden to hear of my dear friend Lucky's passing. Wow! I'm still shocked. Me and Lucky go way back from high school days and Glen Park, I remembered him as a guy who loved to laugh and have a good time. I believed he was the first guy to get his own car in high school.I hold great memories of him and I will never forget him either. Years later I found out that his mother and my wife worked together @ Ball Glass for some years on B shift. Please know that you all are in my prayers and thought. God bless Rico McGhee

I was saddened when I heard that my cousin Lucky and his wife were lost so tragically. I hadn't seen Lucky in many years, but I always remember him being a sweet, kind, boy. My prayers are with Lois, Corkey, family and friends.

Lucky was one of the kids who played ball, rode bikes, and made trips to the candy store on Chase Street. They had fun, punctuated by the occasional broken window that a parent ensured was replaced, and got scolded and loved by the neighborhood grownups, right along with their own. My sympathy goes to the family and all their friends, and to the childhood buddies that feel this loss so poignantly. May God grant peace to those who have lost a part of themselves, and may Lucky rest with our Savior into eternity.

All I can say is wow! This is unbelievable!! When I first heard the news, I didn't want to believe it and I held out a glimmer of hope that it wasn't true...even though the news was delivered to me by my brother. Well this makes it official, my boy is gone! To me, Lucky was the "Black Fonzi", tough as nails on the outside, but was a kind soul on the inside. I remember our sports battles as youngsters, like fighting for the title of "The Blacktop Homerun King", or the Kingpin of Tri-City Bowl. Luck was an excellent athlete! There was not a sport that the boy could not play, and when I say play, I mean play at the highest level. He was always picked first when we were selecting teams as kids. I will always remember the young man with the red Scwhinn Bike and rocking the Chuck Taylor Cons(Assorted colors). Brother, I love you!! I thank God for bringing you into my life! Now you and your lovely wife can rest in peace, your job here is done. May God comfort the families during this most difficult time.
Remember God is able and does answer prayer!
