David A. Davidson, 60, of Minneapolis, formerly of Rochester, was born Oct. 21, 1953, and passed away Sunday, March 23, 2014, from ALS.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Irvin and Frances Davidson; brother, Larry; sister-in-law, Irene Davidson and niece, Trudy Molberg.
David is survived by his wife, Penny; a daughter, Kelly (Jason) Barbes; grandchildren, Anastasia and George; a son, Alexander Davidson; siblings, Don (Theresa), Ron (Patti), Thomas (Donna), Irvin Jr., Timothy (LuAnne), Renee (Troy) Muehlenhardt and Daryl; and many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 26, at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 1111 Summit Ave. S., St. Paul, MN 55105, 651-222-6220.
Visitation will be held today, March 25, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Gill Brothers Funeral Home, 5801 Lyndale Ave. S. in Minneapolis, with a Trisagion Service at 7 p.m. Interment will be in Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
