Mom loved to "Celebrate", shop and decorate. She enjoyed music, ceramics, knitting and water color painting. Thank you mom for sharing with us the greatest gift of all, your FAITH. That love, that faith is what sustains all of us today in our lives.
The De Groot Family would like to thank Dr. Meyer and the staff at Appleton Medical Center and Theda Care at Home Hospice for the exceptional care given to Lee Ann.
