McCoy, Kyung Ja (Kim)

Kyung Ja (Kim) McCoy, 52, Green Bay, died unexpectedly on Thursday, Jan. 17, 2013, at home. She was born Oct. 3, 1960, in Seoul, South Korea. Kyung Ja was a talented cook, seamstress, singer, and piano player. She loved traveling, especially to Disneyland, and was very involved with her church, Appleton Zion United Methodist Church.

Kyung Ja is survived by her two daughters, Angela (Scott) Truskowski and Ashley McCoy; sister, Soon Ja (David) Bouffard, Oak Harbor, Wash.; brothers and sisters in Korea; nieces and nephews.

Kyung Ja was preceded in death by her husband of 15 years, Michael Carroll, and her parents.

A private ceremony is being held by family members. Lyndahl Funeral Home has been assisting the family with arrangements. Entombment will be at Fort Howard Mausoleum.
