Lucille Redlin Obituary
Redlin, Lucille

Lucille Leone Redlin

Our loving mother fondly known to friends and family as Ceil, was called to her heavenly home on Sunday, Aug. 17, 2014 in Nashville, TN. She was surrounded by her two daughters: Janice Oberg of Germantown, WI and Joan Sartin of Nashville, TN.

Ceil was born in the Town of Center on August 9, 1918 to Fred and Bertha Jenkel. She was married for 65 years to Roland Redlin whom she met at their mutual Lutheran Church in Ellington.

Using her excellent homemaking skills she provided a loving, safe and comfortable home for her family.

After raising her two girls to school age Ceil began her long term employment with H.C. Prange Co. as buyer of the Gift Department. Later she utilized her home decorating talents to become an outstanding furniture sales person.

Ceil is survived by her two daughters and four grandchildren: Jennifer and Christopher Oberg, Tim and Jeremy Sartin and her five great grandchildren: Amanda, De Andre, Elijah, Darien and Liam.

She was preceded in death by her husband and all her brothers and sisters.

A Funeral service for Lucille will be held Friday, Aug. 22, 2014 at Brettschneider Trettin-Nickel Funeral Chapel at 1 PM with Rev. Mark Hanke officiating. Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park, Appleton. Friends may visit the family Friday from Noon until the time of services.

We are very grateful to the memory care staff at Morning Point Assisted Living in Nashville, TN for providing their warm and caring treatment of our mother.

Our mother will always be remembered as a beautiful feminine lady and cherished for her gentle guidance and nurturing ways.
