Rosemary Zuege, New London, passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side at the age of 92. Rosemary was born on January 15, 1921, in Viroqua, WI daughter of the late Bill and Ethel (Moore) Garin. She was a WWII Veteran. She married Dick Zuege in 1949 and had two sons, Paul and Mike. Rosemary worked for Dr. Brian McPhail optometrist as his receptionist for many years. She was a familiar face at the swimming pool and seen on her many walks in the park and along the river trail. Rosemary was a loyal Packer fan, known for her volunteer spirit in the community and one of Phil Mickelsons biggest fans. She was an avid reader and prolific letter writer. She enjoyed many travels across the United States and Greece.
Rosemary is survived by her sons, Paul (Robin) and Mike (Michele), both of New London; special friend Phyllis Lightcap, Talking Rock, GA. She is further survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, great nephews and great nieces all of whom she dearly loved.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Dick in 1978, brothers and sisters: Paul, Jim, Phil, Ruth and Margaret.
Private family gathering will be held at a later date.
